Number of Adults and Children for the Tour.

Date you wish to book for

Payment & Confirmation

Deposit only is required to secure your booking and is payable via PayPal. Once deposit is made a confirmation email will be sent along with your approximate pick up time and any joining guidelines.

Remaining balance will need to be paid on the day to the driver/guide upon pick up for your tour.

When to book?

It is wise to make your booking at least two days in advance to make sure there is availability.

Pick up & drop off delays

Trackers Excursions is not responsible for unforeseen accidental delays on pick up, drop off or duration of tour.

Injuries

Trackers Excursions will not be held liable for any injury. Participants are responsible for their own actions during the tour and must follow the safety instructions and advice given by the guide or driver or captain/crew of the boat.

Loss or Damages

Trackers Excursions will not be held liable for loss or damage of any personal belongings brought with you on tour. e.g., coats, bags, cameras, souvenirs etc. Do not leave any valuables unattended in the vehicle at any time.

Itineraries

Itineraries operate subject to weather conditions. Trackers Excursions reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate without prior notice. The time spent in each stop and return times are approximate estimates and could also change without prior notice. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.

Food, refreshments and purchases

Food and drinks are not included in the price unless specified in the tour description. ​Trackers Excursions has carefully selected the restaurants and refreshment suppliers for each tour to be able to cater with a variety of options and dietary requirements. Trackers excursions will not be held liable for any issues arising from any food or refreshments purchased throughout the tour.

Any food allergies or dietary requirements should be communicated with guide/driver to be able to assist with selections.

Some tours have free samples or tastings; this does not oblige you to make a purchase, only at your free will.

Religious Grounds

Trackers Excursions pleas to respect religious sites by covering legs and arms prior to entering.

Contracted Work

The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees will apply if cancellation is less than 24 hour notification.
